RUNS APP LLC (“RUNS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use the RUNS mobile application, website, and related services, including the RUNS Shop.

Website Visitors

When you visit the RUNS website or shop, we may collect limited information such as basic analytics data and any information you voluntarily provide through contact or signup forms. The website does not require account creation. Payment information for shop purchases is processed securely through third-party providers and is not stored by RUNS.

Account Information

Name, email address, password, and profile details.

Payment Information

RUNS does not store or have access to your full payment card details. When you add, save, or use a payment method, your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor, Stripe. Saved payment methods are stored securely by Stripe and associated with your account through a secure reference or payment method ID. RUNS does not store card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Publicly Visible and User-Generated Content

Some information is visible to other users, including your username, profile picture, game history, stats such as XP, and information added to your customizable profile card. This may also include messages sent through chat features and your username when shown or tagged in social features.

Usage Data

Games and tournaments joined, Battle Pass progress, friends added, interactions, and other in-app activity.

Location Data

Facility locations and city-level player information.

Device Data

App version, operating system, and crash or performance logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to register you for games and tournaments and manage rosters, process payments, refunds, and RUNS Balance transactions, send updates and notifications related to your account and events, improve app performance, reliability, and safety, and prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform.

3. How We Protect Your Data

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is encrypted and stored securely. Payment details are handled only by PCI-compliant processors such as Stripe. RUNS does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing Information

We share limited information only when necessary with other RUNS users where public profile information or content is visible, payment processors such as Stripe, event partners or facilities for scheduling and operations, and legal authorities if required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may update your account information at any time, delete your account (which permanently removes your profile, stats, and game history), request deletion assistance by contacting RUNS Support, and opt out of non-essential notifications.

6. Children’s Privacy

RUNS is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted and will take effect when published.
