This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the RUNS Shop. Our goal is to keep things fair, simple, and transparent.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items (if marked) are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email info@runsapp.run with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your bank to process the refund.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically fulfilled within a few business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
