Returns

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Runs Shop. Our goal is to keep things fair, simple, and transparent.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Runs App Rewards & Promotional Items
- Items redeemed through the Runs App, promotional codes, or reward programs are considered promotional items.
- Promotional/reward items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Runs will cover the resolution.
Customers should include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of packaging if applicable
- Description of the issue
How to Start a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Item(s) requesting return/exchange
- Reason for request
- Photos if needed
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds apply to eligible returned items only.
- Since shipping is included in the product price, the original fulfillment/shipping cost is not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Runs error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective item).
- Allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing.
